Ok I will leave this one up to the jury as to whether it is variegated or not variegated. But I do germinate a lot of seedlings and the odds are leaning towards………

Heavily variegated.

Congrats! It could still change a bit as it grows and might go either way... even going more variegated but I do not think it will go total white-out. A fraction more to the green side would be nice before stabilizing to make a healthier, easier to grow plant. I don't think it will lose it at that high percentage as the striations seem to be on every single leaf. It may grow slow, but that is part of the deal.

Now you got to keep it away from @Pal Meir before he sees his favorite palm with stripes.

I just love the weddlianum as a green palm let alone a variegated one even more spectacular!

It’s a beauty for sure, already had an offer for it, I might just keep it wait ten years or more and hopefully the seedlings will be variegated!

@Pal Meir doesn’t stand a chance🤣 I only discovered it yesterday, it’s been in the greenhouse for about 2 years now. Not getting any special attention at all. I lucked up for sure! But if I do decide to get rid of it I will give pal a call and see hat he’s offering in the way of arms and legs cause that’s what it will be going for!🤣
