Can't take the mini trucker out of a palm grower!

So, I'm a car guy. Specifically a mini trucker. There's some high dollar well built trucks out there, but a lot of them are just cobbled together and lots of zip ties and self tapping screws and Sawzall blades are involved.

Anyway, the cable mounts for my grow lights in the back just don't hang low enough for sprouts and seedlings, so I found some 3 foot chains for hanging baskets laying around. Unfortunately they're not gonna fit the self tap/sleeve mounts, I gotta use hooks now. But the hooks won't attach to the mounts.

Boom. 3 foot is excessive for the chain but I have like 5 feet of adjustability now. Unfortunately the drill is ancient, and it's still a little warm back there. But at least I got my holes marked and I got everything put together. And as a bonus, I've got one more spare bulb and one more corded socket, and it fits the daisy chain plug so I'll have a very well lit bottom heated table.

I might even eff around and put a humidifier on it and get creative with the 11,000 sets of curtain rods in this house and hang some plastic sheeting for a partial fake poverty 3rd world macguyvered mini trucker greenhouse.
