Ptychosperma cunneatum, dypsis pinnatafrons planted in the garden

A recent pacsoa purchase the ptychosperma, it made it through winter so plant it in the ground to get it growing, and another pinnatafrons goes in simply because there so beautiful and another one won’t hurt the tropical look iam sure!

That Ptychosperma is ready to take off by the look of it. It seems when I had a McCarthuri in my green house it went from that size to 5-6’ in a couple of years. Nice additions! Harry

And it has the bonus of a new coloured leaf. Most ptychosperma are quite fast growing. McArthur is the one palm that used to available quite a lot years ago and I never had in the collection I do now and if well watered they look fantastic.
