I bought this palm at Homedepot back in 2022. I think its a dwarf variety, but I can tell and the labels and pit when I bought it did not say dwarf. I will attach pictures of when I bought it and now that it has grown for a little over 3 years. If anyone can identify it, I would greatly appreciated. It think by looking at the size of it and if its a dwarf, it my fruit next year.

That’s an excellent amounT of growth, it looks to me like a green dwarf because of the roundness of the seed

I was able to get the growers contact information and they were able to confirm it was a Green Dwarf Malayan coconut palm. It has grown way more since I posted the message. I have been fertilizing it for the past year and it's grown expentially. Hopefully it will flower and produce coconut soon. I'll post a recent photo tomorrow.

I can't wait till it's starts fruiting. The top fond is already to the roof on the 2nd floor. I took a picture from the 2nd floor and 1st floor. Do you think that it should be fruiting this year since it's a dwarf Malaysia variety? I think the trunk of the palm is big enough. I am in the Orlando FL area and I am not sure around what season or months it should start producing.

It’s definitely fruiting size once temps stay above 65 f it could flower, I hope it’s okay after the recent freeze and the freeze tomorrow morning it got down to 27 in my area. Good luck!
