Coffs Harbour botanical gardens palm conservation project looking good

Featured Replies

One could say the final trim has been added to the recent donation of palms in the Coffs garden with mulch being placed around the palm garden and a few more recent plantings of some of the larger donated palms by Colin Wilson. It’s getting there another planting day with a few more exotics that where not going to get planted in winter and a few from my collection and it will start to look a lot better!

Perhaps a lanceolata and a few others. It’s great to have a palm garden in a botanical garden that iam part of, it’s a long term project that iam in for the long run with. And for future generations to enjoy either via the web or in person thanks Harry.

Great job Richard, we need to think about future generations, every year more and more plants and animals become extinct.

That’s the plan, plant as many as I can in the garden, as they say the future is looking good!
