Thought I would share this interesting find. I recently purchased a copy of the 1987 edition of Genera Palmarum on ebay and was delighted to find this original IPS invitation brochure inside! The Principes issue shown is from July 1986.

Nice score on the great book and the brochure.

I used to set up an info table at the Broward County Palm & Cycad Society sales and events and that flyer was put out in stacks. The overall color scheme and design changed a little over the years. Sometimes I would put my copy of the book and several issues of Principes out on display for reference purposes. More so, when a new species featured in the magazine would be available and on show during the sale.
