The Latin name for a Rhapis species in northern Vietnam

May I ask what this is Latin name from Thanh Hoa province northern Vietnam，Thank you very much

Rhapis, there  are many rhapis varieties and that is a very fine leaf variety not very often seen. There are also many undescrbed  rhapis varieties as well. Micrantha, multifida and vidaliana are possibly the one you have. But the variety you have is rare by the looks of it.

Here's my Rhapis vidalii for comparison. I grew mine from seed (via RPS).

I had to give the brown frond tips a trim today since the hot, dry weather where I live is a struggle for it to handle, even under the protection of my pergola. The most divisions I've had in each frond is eleven.  Eventually I'll put it in a nice ceramic pot and leave it indoors all the time in my sunroom since this is a small scale palm that looks best with higher humidity and under close appreciation.😉
