Looks fine. Most of the trunk still has old leaf basses attached to it still and they will gradually fall off which is already happening. That will expose some adventitious roots at the lower part of the trunk. Perfectly normal.

Thank you, I was told by a tree lopper that it would fall, but I thought he was just out for business.

Definitely a good idea to check with some real experts first 😂. Easily a $2000 removal job on a perfectly healthy and beautiful palm.
