Not sure how the other species do in our soils here but I do know that Ravenea wants lots and lots of water where you plant it and fertilizer at least 2x per year to look it's best.  If well taken care of they are a beautiful palm.  Good.luck with them.

Chrysalidocarpus lastellianus. Does great in South FL but no one i know really grows them. No sure why. This guy is about 16ft tall and not trunking yet.

That Pseudophoenix looks like it could be the 'fat boy' variety to me.

Would that be Saonae or Navassana? I believe those are the two different recognized cultivars.  I prob spelled them wrong.

Yes Fort Myers. Only about a mile and a half inland from the Gulf of America (Estero Bay).  We average around 44-46deg F lows most winters for just a few nights.  I used to bring it inside a couple times every other year...then it got too big and i just let it root out. So now it's stuck. Last winter i wrapped it once. From what i hear they hate drying out more than a little cold.

Great pictures and palms, thanks for posting.  Your Chrysalidocarpus Nauseosus is a great size!  Love all of your hybrids as well.
