What does a 23 year old Bismarck look like?

I pushed this seed into the ground 23 years past. And well it just never happened,  basically sitting there stunned like a mullet not doing a lot after germinating. The poor thing and I call myself a palm grower shame on me.

Lol, check soil pH, EC and moisture. Bizzy loves full sun and plenty of water during hot weather. I suspect also, that, like other relatives such as Hyphaena and Medemia, prefers a less salty soil. My humble opinion based on personal experience, but as in many other instances, the real culprit for a divergent experience by other people, could be only quantitative difference in growing conditions.

Indeed, from the hundreds and thousands of produced seeds, only few are supposed to develop naturally to thriving new plants.

Good stuff I will start to build a Time Machine then and come back in 3000 years and start to germinate them. That is if the planet is still around, and I shall name it Tyronisneverforgetus sp!
