Just noticed this the top palm seems fine but there is a shoot at the bottom a royal palm

@96720 I'd guess the new spear got "stuck" in the trunk, and is trying to push out the side.  I've seen this in things like bananas, and posts on here about various palms.  It's probably not a new growing point.  But the next fronds might stick out the side until it corrects itself.
