After a hiatus I am trying to renew my membership. I sent the $60 to the IPS address given on 3/20 but have not recieved any confirmation or a journal. Do they still send out printed journals? Its been a minute since ive been a member so not sure how things work now.

Urban Rainforest Palms,Cycads and Exotics. Were in San Diego Ca. about 5 miles from the beach on Tecolote canyon. It seems to be an ideal growing climate with moderate temps. and very little frost. Vacation Rental in Leilani Estates, big island Hi PM me if interested in staying there.

Thank you so much for your renewal! You are making a difference.

Absolutely the IPS still offers a choice between printed journals and electronic versions.

My own printed copy is on my dining room table right now.

My hope is that the next quarterly issue will show up in your mailbox soon.

I sincerely apologize that you have not yet received acknowledgment of your payment!

The IPS is in the process of creating a new website and like any construction process that could partially explain slower than ideal communication.

The best email address for all membership questions is

info@palms.org

I use it and sometimes get an automatic response like this especially if not sent within business hours.

For privacy reasons, I can not personally access member accounts.

Lastly, if you still are not getting your questions answered, please private message me and I will help sort things out.

Hi Cindy, Thanks for your quick response! I tried renewing using the website and it was not taking my payment so I called and talked to a nice lady at the IPS office and she told me to just send a check so thats what I did. Im sure just more patience on my part. Glad to be back! Thanks again, Steve
