This one seems to grow just as well as H. forsteriana in central FL; just needs shade and evenly moist soil.

Any chance you are coming to the summer CFPACS meeting in St Augustine?  I would definitely buy that palm as my Howea forsteriana's are thriving here in NE Florida.

Well that looks like it will work out just fine! Nicely grown Howea by the way. I have not had your level of success. No shade other than the patio.

It gets full sun for little over an hour late daytime
