Is there anything green on these palms? Can you pull the spear?

Windmills are tough but cannot survive low temperatures if being potted only without any protection.  You can wait some time if they pull green fronds. Maybe check their roots.  But they look like dead.

Agree. Try tugging on the spears. If they pull, it's RIP. Don't know where you live but Grower's Outlet in Loganville has good prices right now.

Do you know what happened to them? They honestly look like they didn't get watered for a bit. I would definitely check the spears and make sure it is still intact. If the spears pull and they is still green on them, I would trunk cut to where the flesh isn't dead. Some of them might be salvageable. Others, not.

I wouldn't hold out much hope for those. A month into spring and no new growth, not good.

Trunk cut your palms ASAP. Cut the trunk until you reach live tissue.

Do you know what their prices are?

I know HD has 2 1 gallon Trachycarpus for $50 and they ship it to you.

Did they spear pull? Try to gently tug on the newest frond that hasn't unfurled yet pushing out of the crown.
