Trachycarpus, established 3 years, well watered and drained, partially shaded.

Slight browning of frond tips

Seems to be pushing up new spears before previous ones have had time to spread.

Any suggestions?

They do this as they go through the 'more/less/more' sun exposure during the seasons.  Fertilize when soil temps hit 60's F or 16C

That's exactly what these do as they begin to gain in size. Looks just fine and your palm seems healthy. Carry on.

That’s what you want to see. When they have 3 in the chamber coming out at a time they really move.
