Heh guys,  can someone tell me what’s wrong with my palm tree.  It’s growing brown spots on fresh leaves towards the top. Below are pictures.

I don’t watch my 3 that close but I get spots after a winter frost. Not sure the 2 spots I see in your photos would catch my attention or be something to worry about. Mine have faired much worse and recovered nicely. If a decease or insect, I would treat but not sure it is anything but paranoia.

not much there to even worry about, relax.  Might be a little drying with our unusually dry sping winds recently.  This will pass as we move into the summer.  THis is the time of the year where I irrigqate my yard frequently in absence of rain, especially for plantings less than 3 years in the ground that may not have full root systems yet.   Low humidity and warm winds means you need to irrigate a little more frequently.

Formerly in Gilbert AZ, zone 9a/9b. Now in Palmetto, Florida Zone 9b/10a??
