Just want some pro advice or guidance on this. Fronds (left palm) are sagging down/wilting over the last week or two. No change in color, still green, just hanging low as seen in the pic. (Best pic I have right now). Is this a normal cycle and they will turn brown once the plant uses them for food or is this an under watering issue? These are drought tolerant so I have honestly not been water them much at all. I applied some palm liquid fertilizer this past weekend to both for spring up. I have pruned dead fronds as needed. Hand shears were cleaned with alcohol before and between palms. Location is Houston. Weather has been great lately here. Paid good money for these so want to take the best route. Plan on planting them in a month or so. I am seeding Bermuda around them. Once it’s established I’ll put them in the ground. Thank in advanced and I can provide any info I missed if necessary.

@CobraPalm Plants in pots will dry out a lot faster than if they were in the ground.  If you were in a drought, it probably wasn't a good idea to fertilize them. All of the above may be overstressing the palm. These are my thoughts, not that I'm an expert. I hope they snap out of this funk for you.

We've had no rain, those things need water.  Drought tolerant in the ground is a whole lot different than being in a pot.  Give them a good long soaking.  When things dry out in a few days or a week, water them again.  I'm watering potted palms every few days right now, but they're not in as a large a container.

That makes sense I don’t know why I didn’t think of that. I’ll soak them real good this evening!!

Are there prevailing winds blowing right to left in the pic? If so it may help to turn them around and let the wind blow them straight too.  If course they are probably too heavy to do that now after you watered them :-)
