It looks like there is some spear  damage To the windmill and the Pinto. My needle had spear pull It looks terrible but I was surprised to see a solid spear coming back.

I suspect the windmill and pindo will bounce back with some H2O2 or copper. I’m wondering about the needle. The sable minor has never been damaged.

How cold did it get? I would use a copper based fungicide. Hydrogen peroxide could cause more rot if you don't have the ability to dry it out after application.

I ended up doing some of both and they dried in full sun.  Both the windmill and pindo are 2 ft from the sw side of house. The Dwarf palmetto and needle are unprotected. Zone 7b (though I think it is sus).
