Looks to me like Dypsis lutescens or Chamaedorea cataractarum.

Chrysalidocarpus (Dypsis) lutescens

I had one as a house plant for a few years at my other house. I put it in the ground in 1997 , when I moved here to my new house. They are lovely either way . I had to take it outside frequently as a house plant . It would get mealy bugs , so I would mist it with soapy water and rinse it off . That kept the bugs at bay. Harry

hello Harry

maybe it will be better in spring if i plant it out in the balcony raised bed. it can tolerate temperatures down to -6 degrees celsius, is that right? it won't even in the worst case.

I think it's Dypsis (Chrysalidocarpus) lutescens which hates frosts!
