I have never had success growing Ptychococcus paradoxus from seed. Any suggestions?

I have never had success growing Ptychococcus paradoxus from seed. Can anyone give me some tips on growing this palm from seed? I have used ripe seeds that fell from the tree (orange ripe seeds) to sow, but none of them germinated. I tried to cut the seeds crosswise to see which side of the fruit, and found that the ripe seeds did not have any flesh inside.  Many seeds like that. They were quite dry. So I am not sure whether we should choose seeds that are not too ripe to sow or not. Also, in choosing the seed growing media, I am not sure what is suitable. If anyone has experience in sowing seeds of this type of palm, please advise me. Thank you. If you have pictures of the seeds that are being planted, it would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like your seed might not be good. Fresh viable seed should germinate quickly. These palms are very prolific producing seed and the base of my two palms are a carpet of seedlings, Here are a couple of photos, one showing fresh ruminate seeds.
