Hello everyone, I am new here. We have this beloved Canary Island Palm Tree with its not doing well, I asked arborists service to inspect and take some images from the inside the crown, nobody seem something like that before. I'd like to ask you to watch the video and if possible give some thoughts about it. BTW: The palm has been tested or fusarium wilt and its negative. Thank you.

Wow, I’ve never seen anything like that. It’s almost like an animal has chewed its way into the palm and the palm has responded by trying to grow a new head in the remaining live tissue. What’s your arborist’s opinion?

Yes Jim, my Arborist said the same as you “ I’ve never seen anything like that “. We have done soil, tissue and water tests, nothing unusual.
