Potting up seedlings

So probably 10 years back I purchased a plant delights Dick Douglas Delight hybrid chamaedorea (radicalis x oreophila) I have no other fruiting chamaedorea and I live on an isolated 5 acre parcel. It produced multiple seeds and I decided to go ahead and see if they might sprout, well I have many now germinate. My question is how soon is appropriate to plant these up into individual pots, is it best to wait for the first cotyledons, so done photosynthetic capabilities. All thoughts comments welcome.

That's cool!  My Chamaedorea microspadix sprouts are about the same size as yours.  I'm letting mine grow a bit more before I pot them up but I think you can start potting up yours anytime.

Are you sure that you didn't have any of your radicalis flowering?  They begin to flower quite young.  One of my non-trunking types flowered just 1 1/2 years after germination!
