Palm boxed in Hollywood, FL on Hollywood Boulevard

Featured Replies

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know why there are boxes around the palm trees in Hollywood, FL on Hollywood Bouvard east of US 1?

Thanks,

Leo B.

Perhaps they were dug up and placed in a temporary pot to plant later.

I just used Google Street view , and found this view.  Image capture was Oct. of this year .

There is some construction happening along the roadway . Looks like various irrigation etc work  in the Right of ways .

The orange barrels seen along the road tell the tale .  The Boxes are probably there to help to protect the trees .
