I removed this palm where it was not wanted cleaned it up and replanted it… HUGE spikes so I assume its a Phoenix 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️. Can anybody assist in identifying it please.

Good idea.  :)  Looks like it's in a better spot now.  Definitely a Phoenix but not sure of the species.  It looks like it had suckers around it that you removed so that eliminates a couple of species.  I assume that the spikes were stiff and sharp since you noted them (I hope you didn't get poked too badly!)  The leaflets look to be somewhat soft like rupicola and not stiff like dactylifera or theophrasti.  It's probably a hybrid because they are dioecious palms and it's easy for a male of one species to pollinate a female of a different species.
