    The trunk makes me think it is a Sabal ‘brazoriensis’ how it got from Texas to Uzbekistan is something I couldn’t even attempt to guess.

    Hello guys, does the inflorescence of this sabal look like Brazoriensis? Attaching more photos of this sabal, I collected some seedlings sprouted naturally from the trunk boots during that visit and successfully transplanted them, so I'm curious what exactly I'm actually growing now, help needed, please

    Brazoriensis is supposed to hold it's inflorescence at roughly crown height.  It looks like it's roughly crown height, not far above like a minor.  Petioles are long like most of the photos I've seen of them in habitat.  I vote brazoriensis. Maybe @Bigfish can chime in. I definitely don't see it as a palmetto.  Trunk boots are haphazard and it's fans aren't very costapalmate. It is a beautiful sabal whatever it is.  Good luck with the little ones
