Are Christmas Palms good for sunny south Florida and if so, can they be planted in pots and do they come in different sizes

yes to all three questions.

Someone from South Florida would be more help if you're looking for a good place to get some, but they seem rather common. So common they are even available to buy near where I live even though they have no chance of surviving long term way up north without a hothouse

Adonidias are weeds in SFL. Every BB garden center carries them ad nauseam.
