Wow. Quite impressive. I spotted a couple of Copernicia alba in front of a house near M.Sanchez Lake. I noticed last week that Southern Horticulture has Allagoptera arenaria in-stock.

Wow that's a ton of palms and a great selection.  Zone 9B right?

Also how long has everything been in the ground?

Yep zone 9b! Everything’s been in the ground since last winter but the rate of growth has been night and day different. The little triple Adonidia has been in the ground for 3 years now but always dies back once winter hits

They get some good stuff in every now and then. Last year they had a few Roystonea’s in but not sure which kind

Impressive list @CodyM:) What low temperatures has your Adonidia seen?

You might try Leonardi's for a Copernicia, if money is no object.

I’m not 100% sure but I’d say slightly below freezing. It would get severely fried even when I bundled it up but now I put a heater on it and that seemed to work a lot better! I’m thinking about checking that out this weekend @SeanK

Very nice garden!  CFPACS is currently planning to tour a few gardens in St. Augustine in Summer 2025.  If next winter isn't abnormally cold, it will be eye-opening for some folks to see what manages to thrive and grow well there.

Definitely would love to check that out! Working on germinating some varieties that I think could have a chance with the right canopy above it, but that will be a future post😅

When we have the tour, it will be posted in the AFFILIATE NEWS AND MEETING DATES section of the site.

If you're a Facebook user, you can see CFPACS there as well: https://www.facebook.com/p/Central-Florida-Palm-Cycad-Society-100064719099155/

We also send email notifications out if you like that option.  If so, PM me your email address and I'll add you to the notification list.

Anyone else that would like added can do the same.

Nice collection!

St Augustine is a beautiful place. I was there a few years ago and there were some decent Adonidia and a fairly large mango tree against a building/hotel not too far from the fort. Huge clumps of Arenga engleri near the cathedral too

I’ve been seeing more and more Arenga engleri being used around town lately and even a couple large Wodyetia’s, but a cold winter could wipe those out
