My Royal Palm is not well

Lives outside, in mostly shaded area.  In this 90-100 degree weather, I water my plant maybe every other week, or every 1 days.  Soil is dry at least 3-4 inches down, and yet its shriveling and browning.  What's wrong with it??

Once a week isn't enough watering in this heat.  Royals in the ground can get by during dry stretches but they generally love water.  The two palms are competing for water in that pot.  Welcome to Palmtalk!

I would add that the pot may be a bit small for two royals . Yes , more water and make sure the soil is of a sandy loam so fast draining. Harry

Be sure there's a drain hole in the pot. Then water ever day until mid October.

Welcome to Palmtalk @PalmDimas
What others have said on the watering and drain holes for sure but those look like Ravenea rivularis (Majesty palms) not Roystonia regia (Royal palms). The same advice applies except that they like water even more. It might be time to increase the pot size too.
