Sabal palmetto update after being planted on June 2nd, 2020 as a HC Palmetto .

I got this on 6/2/2020 . Amazingly it was a pretty healthy HC Palmetto because after I planted it , it grew about 6 inflorescences  out of the trunk that first year in 2020  .  I guess they cut off the fronds that were growing out of it on the day I bought it , so the inflorescences were ready to grow out even though it had no fronds  . It had a nice root system  too ,  so it may have been at the nursery for over a year , and just took off right when planted . In a way it might not really be a HC Palmetto because it had such a mature root system . It just lacked fronds .

It's finally flowering again .

What is an HC palmetto?  Do you mean it was field dug?
