On your Post # 193,  that is not Brahea decumbens but is a small Copernicia ekmanii.  I'll try get a pic of the real B. decumbens to post for you to see, however, it is still a small size but new leaves are getting blue now.

Hey, enjoyed having Dean, Matty and Paul drop by for a short visit.  Maybe on your next visit my Hemithrinax ekmaniana will be visible inside that cage!  As rare as they are I do hope it will continue to grow for me as has the two that Carlo Morici planted in the garden in Tenerife, Canary Islands.

Promised to get a pic taken and post here of my small Brahea decumbens since the pic taken by Matty was actually a small Copernicia ekmanii.  It's very small but at least it is now producing glaucous blue color to the leaves.  Here it is . . .
