Palms outside Wormleysburg restaurant along Susquehanna River

These palms are outside infront of the restaurant Dockside Willie’s along the Susquehanna River in Wormleysburg, just across the river from Harrisburg, PA. Perhaps there is a microclimate along the river, but they look to be a decent age for being outside in the area. Does anyone know what kind of palms they are?

Mexican fan palms. Businesses often import them from Florida and plant them as annuals on the east coast. Just another gimmick to catch people's eyes seeing palm trees where they don't normally grow. They are replaced every year.

Thanks. I thought I saw them stay in the ground over the winter, but I will have to pay more attention this year. I don’t get by there too often. They have a number of them in pots around the restaurant which I figured get brought in, but these few are in the ground. I may be updating this post in 9 months or so with what I find out, unless someone else around the area knows for sure.
