Anyone know what this is? Growing near Marco Island, Southwest Florida 

Has tiny black seeds about 1/2 inch long , palm about 40 feet tall. 
photo of 2 seeds, 1in thin shell, and 1 with shell removed. Thin black fruity coat already removed on both.

maybe Dictyosperma album?

It may be. The crown shaft and leaf bases are similar, seeds - close, but the leaves here aren’t long or droopy like dictospma, or the spike(I have a few 25 foot dictospermas at home). Maybe this palm looks like this because of a serious nutrient deficiency(s), the leaves are yellow, tattered and brown at the ends, no spike, gives it a different appearance.  🤔
