So I planted the Panama Tall taking advantage of the sunny weather we’ve had. 
I made a hole with majority of white Caribbean sand and worm hummus. Then topped it off with more sand.

That's a pretty specimen you've planted. Are you aware of other Cocos in D.F. of any size? I seem to remember someone posting a photo of an Adonidia merrillii growing as a nice specimen there. They are so close in their "minimum" needs...perhaps you just have that extra amount of warmth (plus the urban heat-island) that makes it possible to grow these, even at your elevation. Please keep us posted as to your progress!

Yes, I have an Adonidia Merrillii, 2 royals, 2 may-pan and one Malayan dwarf. But what is most common in CDMX are date palms, Areca palms and fan palms

Also queen palms are very popular in CDMX

Don't give it a lot of water in winter. Water it every 2-3 days in summer and spring.
