Also I spray the foliage with a fish umulsion phytoplankton mix once a week., once every 4 months the top layer is mixed with worm castings.

To me it also looks like some cool/cold shock and possible sunburn. Warmer temps, larger pot, and gentle light should help. I've had good success with osmocote plus for my trachys.

It doesn't look bad but those annuals have to be watered regularly and I would just say to not  keep it too soggy by watering the annuals too often . Most of my potted plants get a really good watering and then I let them get go a few days and let them dry some depending on weather  . If you have to constantly water those annuals to keep them from wilting the palm may stay too wet . If that palm  were planted out in the ground with good drainage and in warm to hot weather I would worry less about watering too much  because its roots wouldn't be locked into just a pot that is staying soggy .

Just a thought , but it doesn't look bad . Keep an eye on those spears and see if they are growing .

Are you using municipal water? Could it be chlorine or chloramine in the water or other chemicals? You can call the water supplier and they will tell you exactly what is in their water. Although a re-potting should have helped have you checked the PH of the soil? Your county, state, federal(?) agricultural department may test the soil or point you to a testing company.

Yes , I have other palms that I water with tap water and are fine. From what I read and people told me. Tap water isn’t really an issue
