Hey everyone I am wondering what is going on with my trachy ? Is this leaf blight ? I’ve sprayed it with Safers 3 in 1 or is it a nutrient deficiency?

thank you 😊

What is the history of this palm? Was it recently repotted or moved to a new location? Could you share a picture of the entire palm?

Hi, the palm its self is 4 years old and it was transplanted two years ago. It’s been I’m my room all winter . I am starting to put it outside . It gets a fertilizer of 9-3-9 and worm castings. When needed.

My thoughts:

1. Inspect for mites, including underside of fronds

2. Needs to be repotted to a larger pot -- contributing to root stress

3. Possible mild sunburn from coming outside. May need more shade temporarily.

4. Possible cold-induced temporary nutrient deficiency that should improve with warmer summer temperatures

I've had good success with my potted trachycarpus.  All the best
