I Germinated these attalea a w hill back now they are growing great wi ter will be interesting to see what affect it has on them but iam hopeful they will make it I will keep them in the hothouse to give them the best chance they have of survival in winter

Are you sure they are Attalea cohune? I have some photos of small A. cohune plants and they look very different. I think I see spines in one of yours but I'm not sure if they actually are.

They are actually twice the size of my whole backyard !  One of the baby Chamaedorea plumosa I got from you in September is now up to my chest so it's getting planted tomorrow.  It is taller than the one I have had in the ground for 2 years !!  Hopefully I will get a few things planted over the weekend. The awful heat finished early this year so now I have to hope winter nights are not too brutal.

Hi peachy I got it wrong they are astrocaryum but I did look up the cohune palm absolutely huge the size of two backyards and thank goodness the humidity has gone a couple of weeks ago it was unbearable that little pooch is a heart breaker cero e to give the cats a run for there money
