I bought this palm in Vegas 4 years ago and have been growing it in a pot. I lost the tag on it and don’t remember what it is. I’m in zone 7 Boise, Idaho and want to plant it in the ground. I’m thinking maybe it’s a needle palm but I’m just not sure.

To me it looks to be Chamaerops humilis, or the European fan palm.

Med fan palm... Won't survive a winter planted outside in your area. Another idea is to 'plant' the pot,(or keep as patio plant) then bring it in for a few months of winter,then 'replant' the pot the next spring.:greenthumb:

It looks very healthy.  If you continue to care for it as you have been, then it should look great in that pot for many years.
