Get rid of the hedges.  Actually in this old photo they looked pretty good but when I took them out, they were really thinned out with weeds coming through everywhere.

@redant I was going to go with "buy the lot next to you", but with real estate prices being what they are currently, removing hedges is a bit more fiscally responsible. :)
