I don't live at this property anymore but this was what kept me busy during my high school years lol. 

 

I still live in the same city and the new owners of this property have kept the majority of it the same so thats a huge sigh of relief because these plants are still my babies

I have some I planted decades ago, still keep an eye, make sure they’re treating my babies right….

Here's an old place in Riverside. Rented there a couple years in 1990-1992. Planted those queen palms.
