Nothing less than a masterpiece! Love the shots with the sunset.  I still need to get out to Braden's new spot in Bonsall.  Loved his Willowbrook spot that was only a couple miles from me.

Truly a one of a kind design and collection.

Thank you so much for letting all of us share in the beauty, even from multiple time zones and thousands of miles away.

I remember stumbling across photos of your garden a while back on Len's "married to plants" site. Huge inspiration. Thanks for sharing!

The xerophila makes me speachless. I can’t fathom how that is 10yrs growth? The fact that it split is the biggest bonus ever.

Your Houailou in the San Clemente house was the reason I had to have one.

The new garden is obviously amazing at every turn. How do we sign up for a tour and when is the Palm Society meeting going to be onsite? Inquiring minds want to know!! 😂😉👍

These images not only show very well grown plants, but their composition is quite worthy of praise in their own right, even if you know nothing about plants. I have to ask: Did you do any photo editing?

Hi 95˚, Lo 64˚

Most phones and cameras when used to shoot jpegs are using algorithms to essentially process the photos.  They don't shoot flat like a raw file which allows for the most post shoot editing.

On the composition, it is pretty obvious to see Bob has taken advantage of his prior garden experience to go a step beyond in this new one. Maybe he needs to start a new one just to show what he has learned with this one.  He definitely is schooling those of us in this area on how to layout and grow a spectacular garden.

I can possibly grow a lot of these but from what i have heard the hot humid nights kill rhopies😭.  It's only 2 months or so that's too hot here but I guess they melt fast.  Maybe I will try anyway in an ideal spot and see. Or a pot in the house in summer.  This type of garden is an inspiration to aspire to that's for sure!

Now THAT'S the kind of garden I'd like to visit when I'm in California!

Once again pogobob has created a masterpiece. FYI  I have known pogobob since 2009 and I have stayed at his former garden in San Clemente and also at this one in 2013.

I have about 6 different species of palms that I grew up from seed collecting in the san Clemente garden including my Hedyscepe canturburyana and Chatham island rhopalostylis.

Steroids and Sourcery…..the only logical explanation for this type of growth.

Heeeeee's Back.

The second garden is always better than the first. And your first one was a work of art. This one is a perfect example of what to do with a SoCal garden. You sure picked the sweet zone.

It seems like you moved only yesterday.
