Small Zamia with cone

Not only was i surprised when this Zamia, purchased online, showed up in a peat pot, but I have never seen a cone on such a tiny cycad.  I'm also not smart on cycads.

Edit;

1. is this normal?

2.  What is the actual correct species name for the coontie?  I beleive there are 3 species names commonly used online.

Other than leaflet size/ arrangement / Frond size ..maybe something involving the Cones,...  not totally  sure what the difference is, but believe this is how " Coontie "  is divided up.. At least what is listed by iNat.
