Thanks to @Darold Petty and @Tracy I now have this palm in my collection. It’s now opening it’s third new frond since I upsized it. Any California growers have this in the yard? I’m curious as to how big of a footprint it will take up in this climate when mature to plant accordingly. Share photos if you got ‘em!

Looks great, Billy !   I am not certain, but I believe that my source for the seedlings was Matt Petrocelli.  (This frustrates me, as I usually have more complete records.)

Perhaps you can view the seed parent tree during the meeting on the 16th.   :greenthumb:

Cool, and thanks for doing all the work germinating and growing this plant before I was its foster parent.   I didn't realize Matt was the seed source or I would have been looking for the parent when I was down there last time.   Matt has a nice selection of Pritchardia.   One more reason to go to the meeting in a couple of weeks.   I hope I can still make it!
