First time for everything! This is the first time I’ve seen an Archie at a big box store in Florida.

I think its cunninghamiana that doesn’t have the silver underside to the leaflets? If so then thats what that one is.

I’ve yet to see one at a big box store, but I’ve been seeing Pseudophoenix sargentii lately which came as a surprise. 

$75 is steep for a 7g. I bought one from @eaperture67 for $25 a few months ago.

Ah yes - I actually have see Sargentii at ormond lowes and Cape Coral Lowe’s in the last year. I was also shocked.

Their prices are getting increasingly absurd IMO

Are there ramenta under the leaflets? If so Cunninghamiana. If not Alexandrae.
