Compatibility of biological fungicides with sulfur containing fertilizers

Recommended Posts

Posted

My soil had been contaminated by Rhizoctonia and I was advised to apply beneficial fungi of the Trichoderma genus, which I have already done using Trichoderma asperellum and Trichoderma viride.  My next question is whether I can apply fertilizer containg sulfur (eg nutrients in sulfuric form), or the release of this element in to the soil will kill beneficial fungi or reduce them and subsequentely minimize their positive effect.
