Wondered if anybody knows information about this plant :Dracaena Cantleyi?

Will it grow in Florida zone 10 A outdoors? 
Anybody know where to source/buy it?

I grow it in Miami under 70% shade screen in otherwise bright light.  I don't protect it in the winter.  It has grown well for at least 15 years.
