palms at Sea World's Discovery Cove-

Recommended Posts

I visited Discovery Cove a couple of days ago for a horticulture tour. This is a sister park to Sea World here in Orlando. It is a water park where you can swim in a coral reef, in a stingray pool, with dolphins, and has other pools and a "lazy river". The park is tropically landscaped and very lush and well maintained. Here are some palms from there.

Cocos nucifera- they have dozens of mature, healthy specimens planted and it really adds atmosphere to the park.
