Well, this was bound to happen. Friday I unwrapped my windmill zone 5 Montreal, Saturday forecast was for rain but guess what....Nope heavy snow❄❄ is what came down instead. Grrrrr

I may have wrapped it too tightly at the top. A few fronds are showing brown spots and a little mould. Only a few outer fronds are damaged👍

By June it with hopefully look great. 

The last picture is a needle that was garage kept,he definitely not a happy camper....it's showing more damaged fronds than my windmill

They should be fine. ATM, they look pretty good in your photos. Happy growing season

But snow isn't an issue if it doesn't get too cold for them right? Also they look fine in the pirctures! :greenthumb:

Thanks for your kind words.  Yeah snow isn't a problem. It all melted the next day....
