Do you know a fertilizer to help speed up the growth of the seedlings?

One my seedlings inside I just try to use a good soil like a pro mix. I use bk25 and mix some happy frog ocean forrest. I have them on heat mats upper 70 f with timmed lights. I have a 75 gallon aquarium and I use that water on my inside palms and seedlings. Once I get them outside I start using fish emulsion and a palm fertilizer like palm gain. That's once they get to about 3 months old. I also mix cytoplus but have seen young chamaerops not do well with the cytoplus.

My only seedling that has sprouted a couple weeks ago, a date palm, I added a little hydroponic foliage structual growth fertilizer, a couple drops, it helps speed up the growth of the fronds structure.
