these copernicias just sprouted now what?? should I leave them there till it´s warm outside? till they push a leaf?? got some others with the baggie method- my heat mat thermostat just broke (it stuck in the hight heat range, about 39°C and now it barely heats up at all). guess will have to take them out during the day. heeeeeeeelpp. what´s next in the process

I'd wait for the first leaf and some more roots to develop before potting up.  Ones in the baggie should be fine for awhile as long as it's not too damp.  The ones in the pot can probably stay where they are until spring - just keep the pot from freezing temps.  What species of Copernicia are they?

Pot each seed in a 1 gallon and throw them on a heat mat . I wouldn’t wait much longer I find they dry out and rot a hole lot easier once the root appears . I’m trying something different with mine this winter I’m doing mine under a grow light bar . Just to get me through the next couple months . So far seems to be doing just fine .

It'll be difficult to tell for awhile but the seed size looks similar to alba or prunifera and perhaps others.

Good deal. I find almost no seeds sprout for me until spring warmup. Then again, I don’t use heat mats and leave them outside

really? leave them on the ground to their own fates? or do you mean saw in a pot on a somewhat protected spot?
