Mixed liquid fertilizer shelf life

Y'all, I mixed up a few gallons of my "stink water" (fish emulsion, liquid seaweed, and a tiny dose of chelated iron) 2 or 3 weeks ago. Welp. It got really cold here, and it's rained a lot. So I brought most of my patio palms inside and haven't had to water. So I have 2 gallons of this crap that's been sitting on top of my refrigerator for 2 or 3 weeks now, and I refuse to use it indoors due to overwhelming stank.

Should I 86 it or will it be safe to use once it stops raining? Would also like to mention the irony that I complained about heat and drought conditions in Texas for months and now it's cold (40s-50s F) and won't stop raining.

That your mixture has "aged" will not make it unhealthy for palms.  The fish and seaweed need to decompose, by action of bacteria and fungi, before the nutrients in these can be utilized by palms.  So, some of this decomposition has occurred while the mixture is still in your container.  Not a problem.  The chelated iron also will not have deteriorated into anything unhealthy for palms.  However, listen to others here about when and how to fertilize, in general.  I am not an experienced palm grower.
